Book Launch Party
On the highly anticipated launch day of my book, I decided to host a memorable party to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been an integral part of my journey. This includes all those incredible individuals I’ve had the privilege to train alongside, as well as those whom I have had the honor to train myself. Additionally, I wanted to celebrate the support from my close friends and family. It truly was a wonderful and enchanting night at the iconic Phoenix Arts Club in the vibrant Soho district.
I was also joined on stage by Capt. Emma Henderson MBE who is a former airline captain and founder of the charity Project Wingman; a project that helped thousands of NHS workers to have a space to talk. This was staffed by grounded airline crew during the Covid-19 pandemic and gave them a chance to decompress during highly traumatic shifts on the frontline of the health service.
